The position of women in society has changed markedly in the last twenty years. Many of the problems young people now experience, such as juvenile delinquency, arise from the fact that many married women now work and are not at home to care for their children. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
The juvenile delinquency that young people now experience are caused by many factors, such as media, broken home family, environment, and lacking the role model. Media such as music and television are much affected by globalisation so that young people are so much influenced by them. The free and open value inside them is not right for the character building of the young people. Broken home family such as separation among parents or violence at home can break the youth emotionally so they could suffer to cope with that situation. The delinquency of young people might be caused by environment and education around them so that they do not find precedent role model they can follow.
However, the parents are the most responsible party to educate their children so that the role as a mother has a noble place in truth. God guides that the father has a duty to be the principal breadwinner of the household, so it is not compulsory for the mother to work. God is allowed the mother to work as long as they are not exempted from their obligation to care for their children. If the mother still wants to work, it is better to take a part-time job or working at the home so the women can work but still has an emotional closeness with their children.
In conclusion, I think juvenile delinquency are caused by many factors, not only caused by the working mum, but I recommended the mother to not taking full-time work. The mother is better to work at home or take a part-time job outside the hom. ^_^
